The perfect spring wedding.

Crisp Whites, Pale pinks, sunshine, and boba tea.

Here are some things that made Chaeyeong & Johnny’s day extra special:

1. A Non-traditional Ceremony

Surprise! This was the couple’s THIRD wedding ceremony.

They had a traditional Korean ceremony while visiting the bride’s family and were legally married in a simple civil ceremony last year. This time around they opted to overlook traditions. The couple walked down the aisle together, the mother of groom gave a speech, the Maid of Honor officiated, and a video was shown of the bride’s family sending their well wishes from Korea.

It was perfect.

2. A popcorn bar!

Many of the guests were from out of state, so the couple wanted to share with them Indiana’s state snack.

3. A choreographed First Dance

Leading up to the big day, the couple took dance lessons. They surprised their guests with their fancy new footwork.

4. Boba Tea late Night Snack

The couple was determined to have their favorite beverage available at their reception.

When they were running into some challenges securing a Boba Tea vendor, I got to work! After lots of text, emails, and phone calls I was able to make their dream a reality! It was such a memorable treat!

5. A Dream Team of Vendors

The couple hired an amazing group of vendors. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure the couple had the most perfect day!

This day was pure magic from start to finish.
