Grace and Ben’s wedding at Whippoorwill Hill was the very definition of storybook romance.
The historic barn, surrounded by rolling meadows and accented with whimsical florals, set the stage for a celebration that felt straight out of a fairytale. From the quiet anticipation of their first look to the glow of candlelight inside the barn, every element radiated a sense of natural beauty and heartfelt intention.

When Grace first reached out, she shared that her biggest goal was to have a coordinator who could ensure the day ran smoothly, allowing her and Ben to stay fully present. With multiple moving pieces — a secluded first look tucked away in the woods, an abundance of rentals, and several little ones in attendance — she wanted someone to bring it all together seamlessly. My focus was crafting a detailed timeline that allowed each transition to unfold with ease, ensuring every vendor and guest could simply relax and enjoy the day.

The morning began with one of the most breathtaking first looks I’ve ever witnessed. Nestled along a moss-covered path in the woods, Grace approached Ben in her floral-embroidered gown, surrounded by blooms that would later be re-purposed to their ceremony aisle. It was cinematic — quiet, heartfelt, and the kind of moment that gives you goosebumps.

Their ceremony beneath the wooden pergola was pure garden romance. Soft, pastel florals by Laurilyn Floral Design climbed and twined through the beams as if they had grown there naturally, creating a scene that felt both whimsical and timeless. Rows of wooden chairs and delicate aisle arrangements added to the ethereal charm, perfectly framing the couple as they exchanged vows.

Inside the barn, the reception design carried that same organic elegance. Candlelight flickered across tables adorned with vintage bud vases and soft-toned blooms, complemented by Violet Vintage Rentals’ green goblets and antique lounge seating. Overhead, a lush floral installation seemed to float above the sweetheart table, casting a glow over the space that was nothing short of magical.

Grace’s vision for a garden-party, fairy-esque celebration came together so beautifully — a perfect reflection of her romantic spirit and eye for design. The day was a celebration of thoughtful details, tender moments, and nature’s quiet elegance — the kind of wedding that feels both grounded and enchanted all at once.

Grace & Ben , thank you for trusting me to help bring your dream day to life and for crafting a vision so full of beauty, warmth, and intention. It was truly a joy to witness.
